Subscription Membership Service

By signing up for, accessing, or using the Subscription Membership Service (the “Service”) offered by Datadragon (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not sign up for or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe to the Service.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

2.1 The Service is offered on a subscription basis (monthly, annual, or other billing cycles as displayed at checkout).

2.2 You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”).

2.3 Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

2.4 We may change subscription fees at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next Billing Cycle following at least 30 days’ prior notice (via email or on our website).

3. Non-Refundable Payments – NO REFUNDS

3.1 ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

3.2 There are no refunds or credits for partial months or years of service, downgrade refunds, or refunds for months or years unused, even if you cancel immediately after a charge is processed.

3.3 You will not be entitled to any refund or credit in the event of:

Cancellation (whether mid-cycle or before renewal)
Suspension or termination of your account for violation of these Terms
Failure to use the Service
Changes in subscription pricing
Force majeure events or downtime

3.4 This non-refundable policy applies to all subscription tiers, one-time fees, and any promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Company.

4. Cancellation

4.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

4.2 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. You will continue to have access until that period ends.

4.3 We do not provide pro-rated refunds upon cancellation.

5. Account Responsibilities

5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5.2 You agree not to share your account or subscription benefits with others unless explicitly allowed by your plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. No Guarantees of Performance

Past performance of any stock, strategy, or investment discussed is not indicative of future results.
There is no guarantee that you will earn any money or achieve any specific results by following the ideas, opinions, recommendations, or stock tips presented.
All investments carry significant risk, including the complete and total loss of principal. You can lose money — potentially all of your invested capital.

9. Not Personalized Advice

The Content is general in nature and is not tailored to your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, investment objectives, or needs. You should not regard any opinion, recommendation, or stock pick, or strategy as a personal recommendation or advice specifically for you.

10. You Are Solely Responsible

Datadragon, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any losses, damages, lost profits, or any other consequences resulting from your use of or reliance on the Content.

Datadragon is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, or securities professional (unless explicitly stated otherwise and accompanied by proper registration disclosure). We do not provide personalized investment advice or manage client assets.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES FROM YOUR USE OF THE CONTENT.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cayman Islands.

19. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or within the Service. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
